Responsibility:

（1）Event Management: Responsible for driving, designing and executing sales-oriented marketing events as well as CRM/Aftersales oriented events on a monthly basis.

（2）Prospecting and Partnership Acquisition: Initiate prospecting opportunity through co-marketing and annual partnership with VIP clubs, private banks and funds, high-end jewelry and watch brand, private yacht and jet companies, etc. Collaborate with CRM in optimizing prospects resources and converting sales orders.

（3）Customer Retention Events and Maserati Shanghai Owners Club: Handling the car owners’ retention events/programs and work with Aftersales and CRM to achieve customer loyalty and satisfaction. Being responsible to communicate and work with MSOC to ensure the club and the company a win-win situation.

（4）Shanghai Dealer Social Network Platform & Web Promotion: Being responsible for maintaining Maserati Shanghai’s own dealer Weibo and Weixin account with help from outsideagency; Optimize dealer website as well as search engine presence to ensure solid position of Shanghai Dealer anddirect influence showroom traffic and sales opportunity.

（5）Market Intelligence and Research: Collect and compare marketing intelligence and updates of competitive brands in local market to support sales initiative and marketing activity

（6）Provide overall assistance to the Maserati Manager and team.

Core Strength:
（1）Minimum 6 years professional work experience in marketing, events and communication.
（2）Solid relevant experience in car industry. Strong event execution experience and good track record.
（3）Business savvy, able to seek marketing opportunity and initiate collaboration alone.
（4）Business savvy. Very detailed oriented and selfmotivated, ready to roll on sleeve and tackle tasks under pressure.

（5）Team player, positive work chemistry, enduring and flexible.
（6）Fluent English speaking and good paperwork skill.
