Responsibilities:
1. Developing staffing plan and leading the recruiting process
2. Handing general administrative work and negotiate with external vendors.
3. Generating monthly payroll and handling employees'individual income tax filing timely and accurately.
4. Handling employment relations related issues (Employment Contract / Staff Policies etc.)
5. Managing employee benefits related issues (staff health insurance plan, Hukou application, work permits for foreigners etc.)
6. Other work assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with 5 years experiences in HR administrative area.
2. Auto industry experience is a plus.
3. Fluent in both speaking and written English.
4. Master Use of Microsoft Office Software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. (excellent in Excel)
5. Great sense of keeping business information confidential.
6. Good communication and organizing skills, work effectively with diverse groups of people.
7. Highly trainable，fast learner. Enthusiastic, ambitious and hardworking, detail-oriented, committed to excellence.
