Qualifications:

1.College or above , major in marketing or business is preferred

2.Minimum 3 years working experience in CRM, customer qualification in automotive, call center and/or service industry

3.Basic written and spoken English

4.Good MS-Office skills

5.Profound knowledge of CRM and sales

6.Solid knowledge of customer data management and selection

7.Solid knowledge of customer communication and acquisition

8.Basic knowledge in business management

9.Basic knowledge of consumer behavior

10.Communication Skills / Interpersonal Skills / Negotiation Skills / Customer Oriented Mindset
