Logistics Planner Shanghai Plant

Main aim of job:
Support customer team finish logistics plan during project period, daily improvement for series project on logistics plan

Job description:
- Support acquisition during preparation of Logistics Concept
- Calculation of supply chain process in his/her responsibility area
- Cooperation within the concept, planning, and realisation phase in the area of purchasing, production, and distribution logistics; in coordination with Logistics Planning from Business Division and Central Logistics Department
- Ensuring the support and supervision of serial projects in the plant
- Ensuring the necessary maintenance of Master Data in SAP with regard to Change Management and actual logistics documents (Logistics Data Sheet, Packaging Data Sheet, Packaging Working Instruction, Logistics Agreement)
- SAP user: Calculation of logistics parameters, interface between logistics and industrial engineering.
- Impact analysis and evaluation from the change of existing logistics supply chain with regard to optimization and operating efficiency aspects.
- Identification and realization of productivity improvement in coordination with Logistics Planning from Business Division, Central Logistics Department, and Customer Team.
- Supporting the development of Logistics Know How, provide achievement contribution on standarization improvement in Logistics concept
- Cooperation with material planner in production team to ensure lean material flow process

Job requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor degree level, engineering field is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position; automotive field is preferable
- Skill at methods and principle ; Technical knowledge ; Knowledge for JIS and JIT delivery ; SAP or ERP experience ; Excellent level at Excel
- Fluent English
- Flexibility; Teamwork ; Analytical thinking ; Capture complex backgroud
