职位描述：

1、 负责自动化组的项目管理,包括金属件工件设计，工艺过程，材料和设备管理。Responsible in the automation team for the project management of design metal parts tools, processes and supplier base for material and equipment.

2、 负责上海厂金属件生产上线Responsible for setting up metal parts production at ACE plant Shanghai.

3、 负责生产部及自动化部的金属件生产培训计划Responsible for training plans of production and technical organization and production team for metal parts production.

4、 负责与客户，供应商沟通，协调项目进程Communication to customers and suppliers for metal parts and the processes.

5、 负责与生产经理一起建立备件系统Build up the spare parts system together with the production manager

6、 负责开发，评估冲压模，压力机，及除油系统，输送和自动化包装供应商Make, evaluations and find suppliers for tools and for the needed presses and systems as degreasing - feeding and automated packaging

7、 主导在ACE上海厂设立汽车零部件的五金件生产系统Take the lead in setting up metal parts production systems at ACE Shanghai facility for high end - high volume automotive components

8、 与运营总监和自动化团队一起实现需要的系统Work together with the operations director and the automation team on implementation of the needed systems

9、 负责获得汽车件客户生产体系TS16949认证Release the new production systems to automotive customers based on TS 16949 system

10、冲压模具设计及系统培训Train designers in tool design and the used systems.

11、Support automation quotation team 协助自动化报价组

岗位要求：

1、 汽车行业金属件加工领域5至10年工作经验，熟悉TS生产系统Experience 5 till 10 year in the field of metal parts processing in Automotive business based on TS production systems

2、 熟悉用于端子和拉深过程技术材料Knowledge of materials used as strip material for contact forming and deep drawing technology - Copper - Messing - Chr. Steel.

3、 熟悉冲压模材料和金属加工材料Knowledge of materials used for building tools for metal parts production

4、 具有使用最精益方法计算金属材料排位能力。Has the ability to calculate strip material lay out based on the best and cheapest way of material use.

5、 熟悉压力机及其类型，包括适于小批量及大批量生产的机器类型。Has Knowledge of presses and press types used for high end - high volume - precise production processing based on high volume production.

6、 主导冲压模设计及生产过程管理Leader and project manager for designer metal parts tools and production systems

7、 熟悉连接器成型技术及冲压模具工艺及设计Full Knowledge of the tool design for contacts forming / deep drawing processes and tool design.

8、 机械制造专业大专及以上学历Education level - University mechanical or processing degree.

9、 熟练使用办公软件，如：Word - Excel - Outlook, Pro-E, CAD,SAP 系统Known - has Knowledge of computer programs - World - Excel - Outlook - pro engineer - Auto Cad and possible - S.A.P systems.
