Responsibilities:

Development:

·Analytics automated test development

·SEO automated test development

·Responsible for test code quality, speed and stability

·Responsible for automation strategy development

·Responsible for test organization and classification (smoke, regression, priority, theme)

·Smoke test suite development

·Integration test suite development

·Automation metrics collection and reporting

·Continuous Integration liaison and Tier 1 project support

·Performance execution and reporting

Sustainment:

·Responsible for regression test suite development (legacy sites)

·Responsible for test code quality, speed and stability

·Responsible for team automation strategy development

·Responsible for test organization and classification (smoke, regression, priority, theme)

·Responsible for test execution and reporting as part of operational readiness

·Responsible for project integration of automated testing

·Development of barrier test suite development (cross-site testing)

·Continuous Integration liaison and Tier 1 team support

·Performance test development, execution and reporting

Required Qualification and Experience

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in field

·4+ years Java Development

·2+ years Selenium Test Automation Development

·2+ years experience with xUnit frameworks

·2+ years with build scripting tools like Ant or Maven

·1+ years developing load & stress testing solutions (JMeter, Load Runner, or equivalent)

·Proven understanding of testing techniques for web based applications

·General understanding of web application technologies and frameworks

·Proven analytical skills as related to Software Application Development

·Proven troubleshooting skills and techniques

·1+ years Agile SDLC experience

Other Skills Required

·Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices & company policies & procedures who resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways

·Ability to work closely with customers to understand their businesses and accurately capture their requirements

·Ability to work on multiple, major projects and deliver on time according to project schedules with minimal management oversight

·Capable of effectively managing and planning time against multiple projects and priorities

·Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

·Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
