工作职责：
1.淘宝店铺宝贝标题词、直通车、关键词的优化；
2.直通车出价和数据统计与分析；
3.制定直通车推广计划与方案，对ROI的投入产出比负责到底；
4.招募淘宝客，建立淘宝客档案，维护淘宝客关系，解决淘宝客推广和基本建站问题；
5.发布淘宝招募软文，配合淘宝联盟社区、网赚联盟社区的活动；
6.定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，及时提出改进措施。
任职要求：
1.至少1年以上直通车经验，有食品行业经验优先考虑；
2.熟练掌握直通车的基本规则、直通车的关键词选择、直通车出价；
3.熟悉淘宝站内关键词优化过程、关键词搜索规则和途径，了解买家的搜索习惯；
4.精通直通车关键词筛选、竞价及关键词竞价技巧；
5.精通直通车的游戏规则、直通车的排名规则以及推广优化技巧；
6.具有较强的对竞争对手营销活动的数据及效果分析能力；
7.具有较好的逻辑思维能力及对数据的分析能力，能够通过直通车、数据魔方等基础数据，监控和分析推广效果；
8.具有强烈的责任心与工作激情，具备团队协作精神、独立工作能力、人际沟通能力。
