Position Summary / 职位概述:

The incumbent has the responsibility of all tasks related to Human Resources and Admin in an international company.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction / 工作范围/汇报对象和工作联系:

The HR Assistant will be assisted in both HR and Admin function and will be directly reporting to HR Manager.

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1、Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records;

2、Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential & ensure a proper filing;

3、Provide administration support to company meetings and other company activities;

4、Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and team, e. g. photocopy and collate documents, fax documents, file documents accurately;

5、Receive and send EMS, Express, Postal Letter etc.;

6、Further tasks upon request.

Qualification/ 任职资格

1. Over 2 years working experience, working for a foreign company is a plus；

2. Technical Secondary School degree and above, majored in Management or Secretary is preferred；

3. Be familiar with MS Office (Power Point and Excel)；

4. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures；

5. Chinese native, but can communicate in English, verbally and in writing
