Responsibilities

- Maintain and further grow VIP customer base by devising various tailor-made strategies proactively

- Build close relationship and provide personalized service to VIP customers

- Cooperate with Marketing team to identify targeted VIP customers specific to different programs/launches, responsible for preparing guest list, invitation and RSVP handling, as onsite helper to take care of VIPS in company major events

- Maintain and update CRM database and filing system, conduct daily checking on boutique records in order to ensure data accuracy at all times

- Provide regular reports to relevant department on customer behavior

- Distribute company news and promotional information via online and direct mailing

Requirements

- Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in brand marketing and sales activities to VIP customers

- Previous experience in selling of luxury products preferred

- Strong motivation to establish a good company image and build good relationship with media and customers

- Outgoing, well-organized, attentive and service-oriented

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player

- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

- Immediate available preferred
