ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepare remittances for offshore payments as needed.
· Process onshore payments, including online and at the bank counter.
· Assist with monthly cash flow forecasts and budgeting.
· Make regular deposits and check issuances.
· Prepare accounting vouchers relating to cash/bank (binding, making up and checking).
· Running bank errands as required.


QUALIFICATIONS

· Financial / accounting education background or relating working experience is preferred.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in office environment.
· Integrity and sense of responsibility.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced teamwork-based organization.
· Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
· Have basic financial sense and a quick learner.
· Solid computer skills; familiar with E-bank operations.
· Strong communication skills.
· Fluent in English.
