Vice President, Design and Architecture Position

Key Duties:

1) Represent CHG and its lead designer as primary voice for physical brand standards for newly created hotel brands

2) Develop detailed design, construction and technical delivery standards for all CHG hotel, resort, residential, restaurant and nightlife brands

3) Implement CHG technical services agreements from concept development and schematic design to construction documentation.

4) Oversee CHG project management function that integrates diverse disciplines including architects, designers, celebrity chefs, nightclub operators, consultants and contractors

5) Assist business development with project proposals, concepts and space plans addressing new hotel and residential concepts

Minimum Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Architecture from leading international university

-7-10 Years work experience with leading architecture firm in mixed use real estate projects including hotels and residential

-Experience in new hotel brand development, preferably in the lifestyle or boutique hotel sector

-Languages a plus – Chinese Mandarin
