职位描述
Business Development Coordinator
· Make initial market research on developers, projects and areas based on instruction
· Consolidate data summary from all materials provided
· Make BD presentations based on instruction efficiently
· Communicate with Branding department to keep updated with company brochure and any other branding marketing materials
· BD material management, including filing, updating, translations of BD’s documents and files
· Manage and arrange BD travel schedules as well as the trip arrangement(tickets, hotel, airport pick up etc.)
· Manage and arrange BD team’s meeting schedule, coordinate meeting with clients and issue meeting invites, keep BD team’s calendar updated
· Monthly expense claim filing and following up for BD team
· Monthly follow up with Finance department on the retainer fee/service fee for third part consultants
· Database set up and maintenance for BD department.
· Administrative assistance to VPs and Director.
Skills
· Good written English and Chinese
· Two years up experience, real estate experience would be a plus
· Excellent computer skill, especially with Microsoft Office (including PPT, Word, Excel), PDF, Illustrator( AI)
· Actively seeking and learning news skills to fulfill the tasks assigned
