职责/Principle Accountability:

1. 遵守公司核心经营方针/Should work by company core-operation priciples;
2. 遵守标准操作程序，安全准确有效地操作机器人执行喷涂检测，记录、整理、汇报、存档检测数据/Can follow SOP/TM strictly and perform the semi-tech daily work in safe, accurate and efficiency way.Record,analysis,report and archive the test results.
3. 执行非常规的检测或者实验室小样的制作/Can do lab batch or irregular test for some special purpose.
4. 如有必要，配合同事调查质量事故或客户投诉/Work with colleagues to investigate quality incident and customer complaint if necessary.
5. 主管安排的其他工作/Other working arranged by Lab leader.

技能及知识要求/Skill& Knowledge Required:

• 理工科相关专业-大专以上学历/College or above education in science or engineering field.
• 较好的动手能力，了解一些实验室设备和机械知识/Be good at operation i lab and understand equipment and mechanics.
• 最好在化学相关的实验室工作过/Working experience in Chemical Lab will be a plus;
• 学习能力强，能够较快接受新事物/Quick learn and work with new technique/knowledge, interesting to the analysis/test for coating products;
• 吃苦耐劳，能够适应倒班工作/Can work under tough conition and fit with night shift work;
• 良好的沟通协调能力/Good skill on communication;
• 有一定的英文读写能力/Can read and write English;
• 对工作年限无特别要求/There is no special requirement on working experience.
