职位描述
职位要求：
1、负责公司业务的销售及推广；
2、根据市场营销计划，完成部门销售指标；
3、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加业务销售范围；
4、负责辖区市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析；
5、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行，完成销售任务。
任职资格：
1、对装饰行业公装业务具有丰富的经验；
2、具有敏锐的市场洞察力，挖掘市场信息；
3、具有吃苦耐劳的精神；
4、有团队管理经验，定期做销售培训；
5、团队配合能力强，善于激励团队士气；
6、完成公司的绩效考核任务；
7、能独立制定市场销售计划。
