工作描述

1. He/She is responsible for overseas and domestic purchasing.

2. He/She is responsible for sourcing, of materials and equipments or service.

3. Understand how products are calculated, be able to retrace (understand) prices, how a price is composed of.

核算采购产品价格构成和价格计算。
4. Supervise and control the changes of the material market and to adopt necessary purchasing skills to reduce the purchasing costs.

关注原材市场价格，供求的变化，并运用相关的采购技巧降低公司采购成本。
5. Timely coordinate and settle the supply and quality issues in the course of purchasing material, using in production and customer services.

及时协调解决产品和客户服务中原料的质量问题。
6.If experience in CIP (Continual improvement Process) management is a advantage

Job Requirements:
工作要求

1. Bachelor degree, Machinery or Electron major, Machinery and Electron Integration is better.

学士学位，机械或者电子专业，机电一体化更优。
2. Above five years sourcing experience in multinational manufacturing company.

5以上年制造性外资公司采购经验。
3. Fluent in English language, CET-4 or above.

熟练的英语沟通能力，大学四级或以上。
4. Understanding production processes and calculations，good understanding of international standards, like TS 16949, 13485 and their requirements.

熟悉生产制程和采购成本分析，熟悉TS16949,13485等质量管理体系。
5. Communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

良好的沟通，协调以及谈判能力。
6. Team spirit, sensitive to high quality details, honest, and activate.

7. Be familiar with import and export laws, procedures and understand contract law is better
