Responsiblilities:

Treat safety as your first priority and encourage workmates to do the same
Report all incidents.
Make sure your place of work is clean and tidy - keep an open eye for hazards and report these promptly.
Follow safe work practices and make sure you are trained before you use any company equipment or undertake anything unfamiliar or new.
Take care of your own health and make sure you are fit to come to work each day.
Avoid “horse-play” and behaviour that could result in harm to others.
Wear PPE as required.
Check the safety of plant and equipment before use.
Learn relevant policies, procedures and work instructions and follow these.
Creation of plans including resources, dependencies etc.
Ensure plan is up to date.
Perform ‘what if’ scenario planning.
Have knowledge of all upcoming tasks.
Work with assignees to ensure tasks are completed to plan.
Monitor and maintain issues and risk registers.
Ensure mitigation in place as needed.
Work with Project Manager to establish change control processes and ensure compliance to this.
Ensure all necessary documentation is in place and controlled.
Work with business to establish benefits tracking of completed projects.
Produce status reports as required.
Prepare presentations for project reviews, including ABT.
Arrange meetings and take minutes.
Ensure projects are being run in line with agreed structure.

Qualification:

Bachelar qualification

Ideally from a project background (although not necessarily IT).

Microsoft Project experience would be an advantage
