销售助理 （一名） （不用销售，是文职）
岗位职责：
1、负责客户的订单处理、依据订单安排交货；
2、负责报价书及销售合同的制作、整理及审核；
3、进行订单及出货信息汇总统计 并与客户做好销售对账工作；
4、负责客户沟通维护，并及时反馈客户需求、建议和意见；
5、核对客户应收帐款及货款催缴回收等工作，做好销售的后台支持；
6、负责公司产品广告及通过平面或网络媒体对公司及产品进行宣传的相关事宜；
7、处理好上级交代的其他工作任务。
岗位要求：
1、责任心强、有良好的沟通协调能力和执行表达能力；
2、大专以上，一年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟练应用EXCEL软件（具备使用该软件公式功能）者优先；
4、已婚已育者优先考虑。
