主要职责：
1、负责前台接待，接听总机电话并转接，接待公司来访客户；
2、快递、传真及信件的收发、转达、管理，每月相关费用的核对及报销；
3、考勤统计及员工信息维护；
4、办公文具、清洁用品等物品的采购、日常管理及费用结算等相关行政事宜；
5、人力资源事务的协助工作；
6、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历；
2、英语口语熟练；
3、有前台或行政类工作经验者优先考虑；
4、熟练使用office等常用办公软件；
5、工作积极主动有条理，认真细心且富有责任心，具有良好的人际沟通能力及团队合作精神。

工作时间：
8:00-16:30。

工作地点：
南汇工业园区园中路451号（距离16号线地铁野生动物园站5分钟车程），目前班车在龙阳路2/7号线地铁站。
