The Purpose of this Job / 工作目的
?To provide secretarial support to the whole site.

?Effective coordination of site IT issues

The Challenge / 工作职责
?Adhere to SHE principles.
遵守安全、健康、环保方针。
?Be responsible for serving all dept. with regards to the logistic support of local travelling e.g. flight/hotel booking.
负责场地各部门的国内差旅后勤事务，如机票及酒店预订工作。
?To assist external affairs on the documents/reporting preparation to the authority, association, organization of company events.
支持外事部的行政事务，包括日常对政府部门、协会的信息沟通、报表和文档处理、公司重大活动的组织。
?Collect and translate articles for the company monthly magazine “Together”.
负责公司月刊“凝聚”的稿件收集及翻译工作。
?As the IT contact in the site, be responsible for the user accounts related issue such as registration, deletion, or change, and also coordination of ICT training on the site and other relevant liaison.
作为场地IT协调员，负责场地电脑用户的开户、销户、变更，ICT培训的协调以及其他相关的协调工作。
?To assist Labour Union affairs such as reporting, document preparation/archiving, labour union activities organization.
支持工会事务，包括日常工作，如与上级工会的日常联系、通知和组织会议、处理工会文件、 组织各类员工活动等。
?Provide other supports as needed by the manager(s).

The Ideal / 主要要求
?有本科以上的学历，有专业英语水准，翻译精确。
Bachelor degree. Excellent in English and accurate in translation.
