MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
. High School diploma or additional course beyond High School
. Good organizational skills
. Experience in translation from English <-> Chinese and speaking skills
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Data entry for dips order and daily update for status
. Prepare sample cuts, lab dips and required documents for package shipment and color submit form/approval form
. Add tracking number for shipment and make pick confirm in the system
. Communicate and work closely with staffs in the Dye-Lab/Dye-house, other departments as well as
Outside suppliers
. Understand the work content and translate/explain correctly
. Maintain data management and filing
. Perform color measurement and prepare production run cards
. Daily check of the order entry status in the system to ensure that all orders entered on that day get
Processed
. Fulfill the tasks assigned accurate, attentively and also perform other duties as directed/required

SPECIAL SKILL

. Accuracy in data entry, responsible and efficient
. Ability to perceive color shade
. Willing to learn technical terms, different products we manufacture and work-related procedures
. Skills in English language both oral and written
. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
