人员管理



Staff management:



负责本车间的生产现场管理，做好人员的工作分配、指挥调度、监督和管理，协调处理常规和突发事件(包括安全,6S,考核,招聘,培训)



Responsible for the workshop production
site management, good staff assignment, dispatching, supervision and
management, coordination and handling routine and emergencies



(including safety, 6S, assessment,
recruitment, training).

Planning&Production:



协助生产管理部计划做出本车间的生产计划进度排程。及时下达生产（变更）通知单，并合理组织落实各项生产准备工作，监控生产运行过程，保证按质按量按期交货。严格控制投入/产出比，降低产品生产制造费用。



根据各类信息对生产过程进行协调和平衡。



Assist Production Management Department
planer to make production schedule. Promptly issued production (change) notice.
Prepare production to ensure that the delivery schedule according to the volume
Monitor planned and real produced quantity. Ensure equipments, documents,
material are available.

定期组织开展技术革新、节能降耗工作，不断提高产品质量，降低废品率，支持检查部门做好产品的质量检验工作.



Support engineering in defining reference time, strictly control and reduce
product manufacturing costs.

Monitor and reduce scrap rates, support for
quality department in solving non-conformity matters.

Equipment:



负责本车间所辖辅助类设备、工装夹具、已领用工具的台帐管理。负责编制必要的使用操作说明书，定期检查



个人工具的完好情况。



Is responsible for the workshop equipment,
fixture, tools have been requisitioned. Responsible for preparing the necessary
use the operating manual, periodic inspection. Personal tools in good
condition.






低值易耗品:



Consumable:



成耗材类物资的月消耗计划，包括劳防用品、卫生用品、去渍油、脱模剂、不干胶贴、色带等。按公司管理要求做月采购申请。




Monthly supplies made consumables
consumption plans, including anti-labor supplies, hygiene products, scouring
oil, release agents, adhesive stickers, ribbons, etc. By company management
requires doing the Month purchase requisition.

Technical support:



协调好生产与工程部、设备管理人员之间的关系。



Coordinate production and engineering
department, the relationship between facility managers



提供必备的资源和足够的信息，协助工程部做好新品试制工作，建立健全产品技术文件，如：作业指导书、包装规范等。



To provide the necessary resources and
adequate information to assist engineering department make new trial, establish
and improve product technical documents, such as: operating instructions,
packaging norms.
