Responsibilities & Main Tasks:

• Audit and qualify new suppliers and release QAA from QS point of view in the supplier development phase
• Define, plan, and perform Quality Assurance audits and re-audits, issue SCAR to supplier for big nonconformance, follow up root causes analysis and improvement actions and verify the corrections
• Make incoming inspection instructions, test and inspection instructions for process, and release inspection for shipment
• Define test concept from goods-in to goods-out and identify test devices and tools for all inspection and test stations
• Be responsible of final approval and release products to shipments
• Be in charge of designing and developing the methodologies and tools of quality planning, in process control in assembling lines.
• Maintain and update quality management data and records in ERP system and in physical.
• Implement all requirements of quality system, quality standard, and regulations in supply chain section.
• Coach all operators to fulfill requirements of quality documents.
• Nonconformance handling
• To be the process author of quality control in operational level.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above of major in quality management, mechanical engineer, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
• Chinese native preferred, but good command of English mandatory

Knowledge and Experience:

• Above 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge and experience in SQA, SQE, quality engineer in house, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of quality standard, quality system, etc.
• Knowledge of QM of ERP system. INFOR ERP experience is plus.
• Knowledge of six sigma improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of result-oriented process approach
• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
• Solid computer skills
