Job Description
1).Follow up company’s purchase project: search product and suppliers, supplier evaluation and filing.
跟进公司采购项目： 搜寻产品及供应商，做好供应商评估及建立供应商档案；
2).Handle the complete procedure of order processing: inquiry, sample dispatch, place order, monitoring production/shipment schedule in communication with suppliers.
负责订单处理：产品询价、寄样、下订单，与供应商及时沟通确保生产期和交货期.
3). Quality control: on site quality inspection before shipment
质量控制：产品装运前验货
4).Communication with suppliers to solve the problems in production, shipment and after delivery.
与供应商及时沟通,及时解决在生产、装运和交货后出现的问题。
5).Other work assigned by GM.
总经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements -
a) College /University degree, major in engineering or international trade .
b)At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in trade industry, familiar with export process and material/ hardware purchase in China, advertising material purchasing experience preferred;
c)Fluent English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing;
d) Excellent communication ,negotiation and problem solving skills.
