1. Provide daily executive and administrative support to President on schedule planning, including calendar

management, travel accommodation and transportation arrangement, expense reimbursement and so on.
2. Assist for compiling quarterly & annual reports,other meeting metails or agenda preparation,take the meeting

minutes and summaries.
3. Receive, register, and file internal and external correspondences or documentations, including ensuring all

sensitive information safe and confidential.
4. Coordinate the relationship between Presidents and other key persons of the whole group as well as serve as

contact point with outside parties and agencies (governments).
5. Accomplish other tasks assigned by President.


Requirements and Qualifications:


1.Female, Bachelor degree or above in related major
2.At least 5 years relevant experience in international company
3.Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
4.Excellent in English & Chinese Mandarin, both speaking and writing
5.Strong sense of responsibility, high initiative with good work ethics, self-demanding for high work standard.
6.Hard working, can work under high pressure.
