JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE – Finance Clerk - SHANGHAI

REPORTING LINE – TO ACCOUNTANT

OVERALL FUNCTION:

To assist the Finance team in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, completeness of financial records and provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance team. Make sure school fixed assets inventory check correctly.

DETAILED FUNCTIONS TO INCLUDE:

1. Stick vouchers and keep and file vouchers every month.

2 Check all the original voucher documents and record and chase all the undelivered documents.

3. File the school contract and keep the records.

4. Record the uniform good in list and check the uniform stocking.

5. Record the school fixed assets (especially the PE and Music equipment), such as keep the assets photos, label

and record the assets. Do the assets checking every year with the purchasing and IT dept.

6. Check the staff allowance sheet of both campuses received from cashier. Reconcile to records maintained by HR

and to Kingdee. Ensure account for outstanding allowances not paid.

7. Check some items in Kingdee. Such as O/R others, O/P others, and do some breakdowns if necessary.

8. Help AR or cashier when they need help.

9. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. College or above degree in accounting or other related major

2. Related accounting certificate

3. 1-2 years' accounting experience preferable, but not necessary

4. Good command of English, both verbal and written

5. Familiar with finance and office software.

6. Be proactive and a team player
