Description:

• Ideal candidate will have solid skills/experience in Documentum Content Management and Digital asset Management, Documentum XML Transformation, DITA, Webtop, Damtop, D2 and XCP services.
• Responsible for implementing part or all of the Documentum technical solution to the client
• Works with and under the direction of the Project/Technical Manager and with customer nominated representatives.
• Provides technical expertise on specific Documentum integration activities that are part of an engagement.
• Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures that will be implemented in a multiple system environment.
• Communicates across client community.
• Demonstrates execution of the Carestream strategy.
• Contributes to knowledge tools and communities, and ensures project learning's are documented and shared. Solves diverse and complex Documentum issues

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Required:

• 5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area of study.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Assist installing new releases and complete Installation documentation
• Diagnose problems related to Documentum infrastructure
• Automate tasks wherever possible
• Work with other team with production problems/enhancements - SAs, DBAs, LDAP, Application Development
• Experience working with highly complex systems administration, database administration, and maintenance
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Five years of experience working with EMC Documentum products.
• Experience in installing, configuring and administrating the EMC Documentum products including Content Server, Index Server, Transformation services, Webtop, DAM, DA, XCP,D2.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems with Content Server, Web application server, transformation server and Index server.
• Hands on experience with EMC Documentum product suite and be able to work with the team of administrators on critical issues and be able to manage the workload.
• Must have experience with EMC Documentum product suite version 6 and 7.
• Previous experience working with EMC/Vendor in resolving issues.
• Hands on experience with implementing Documentum high availability architectures for content and index servers.
• Understanding of the Documentum security and object models.
• Experience with other Documentum suite products including Web Content Management, Web Publisher, Documentum Transformation Services, Process Analyzer are a plus.
