Company introduction
YIDA Industrial Investment (YII) is a leading real estate developer and operator in China with presence in four cities across China. YII is the preferred office space solution provider for MNCs establishing back-office operations such as call-centers or software development centers in second tier cities in China. Since the launching of its first real estate project in 1998, YII has succeeded in attracting a large number of foreign companies including IBM, HP, Accenture, EDS, Avaya, Oracle, SAP and BT. Today, over 32,000 people are working in YII facilities daily.

The YII Shanghai office was setup in July 2013 to promote the IT and service outsourcing industry in cities where YII runs its properties. The team in Shanghai is mainly responsible for approaching potential customers and maintaining good relations with existing customers. The team works closely with each property bases to effectively promote YII services.

Job description
The marketing manager will be working together with the Shanghai office chief representative in promoting YII services.

Duties
- Approach potential customers (foreign or domestic companies)
- Attend conferences and professional events
- Follow-up with potential customers
- Undertake research work and write reports both in English and Chinese
- Arrange agenda for potential customers visiting YII properties

Selection criteria
- Bachelor degree
- 2 to 4 yrs experience in IT/software industry OR sales/consulting position
- Native Chinese speaker with fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Teamwork oriented
- Detail oriented, organized and self-starter
