Job summary

- Lead role in solving manufacturing quality issue and make sure the company quality goals and objectives related to manufacturing process are achieved. This will include establishing and implementing company workmanship standards in the whole supply chain (from Incoming, manufacturing process, shipping). Can lead daily/weekly/monthly quality meeting and drive for result.

主导解决制造过程中的质量问题，并能确保公司相关质量的目标和指标能够达成。包括在整个供应链从来料，到制造过程，再到出货的过程中建立并执行公司工艺标准。能够召开周期性会议以达成目标。

Essential duties and responsibilities

- Maintain department KPIs and push for continual improvements.

维持部门关键指标并能促进持续改善。

- Lead role for process quality issue resolution, can provide quality tools coaching as appropriate.

对生产现场的质量问题的解决起到关键作用，并能够在是当时提供质量工具的辅导。

- Monitor process quality trend and look for continual improvements.

对制造过程的质量趋势进行监控并能寻找持续改善的机会。

- Lead role in Material Review Board and make right disposition

主持不合格物料评审会议并能做出正确决议。

- Lead role to solve customer quality complaints and document Corrective Actions and Preventive actions internally.

主导解决客户质量投诉并能将纠正预防措施书面化。

- Supporting role of ISO 9000 quality system audit, process audit and product audit.

协助进行质量管理体系审核，过程审核和产品审核。

- Can conduct training to direct labor and other cross function team on quality awareness and quality tools.

能够针对质量问题或者改进对一线员工及其他跨功能项目组成员进行质量意识和质量工具的培训。

- Other Quality related duties as assigned.

其他指定的质量部相关任务。

Skills and knowledge

- Understanding of ISO9001 and other industry standards associated with Quality program requirements.

熟知ISO 9001和其他和质量相关的工业标准。

- Interpersonal and technical skills to lead team toward achievement of perfect Quality product.

非常好的沟通和技术背景可以引导工作组达到最高质量标准。

- Familiar with SQC, SPC, FMEA, DOE, process flow charting, and other related Quality technologies.

- Understanding of electronic, software, and mechanical technology.

- Proficient on PC desktop applications.

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.

Education and experience

- A Bachelors of Science Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.

学士学位或者等同学历。

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Quality Engineer.

至少3-5年以上的质量工程师的经验。

- Formal training in blue print reading and/or drawing standards.

经过正规的图纸解读和标准的培训。
