1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销，经济，或汽车相关专业背景
2. 二年以上中端或高端汽车品牌4S店(BBA，或高端日欧系）从业经历；具体负责售后，维修，或者市场部门
3. 熟悉汽车行业业务流程；熟悉 4s店销售，售后，及客服的运营模式
4. 行业内拥有良好的人事资源
5. 较强的协调和沟通能力，良好的个人素养和团队合作精神

工作内容：

1. 协助公司挖掘，开拓新的合作伙伴
2. 帮助公司拟定和执行合作协议，参与合作谈判和签订过程
3. 帮助公司结合业务实际情况梳理业务流程
