Position: Validation Engineer

Responsibility:

-Explain custom specification; transfer the proper work order with specific requirement to the testing team.

-Audit the FEA report and provide the accurate input data for analysis

-take lead the durability problem solving

-Identify the test result and complete the technical report

- Design review in concept phase to prevent the durability issue

-Coach the testing people resolve the problem during test

- Coordinate and drive testing and FEA work internally

-Perform data processing and fatigue edit.

-Establish and maintain the DVP&R based on the customer specification.

-Visit the OEM for the TA (technical assessment) review

-Summarize the durability lessons learned and best practice

Requirement:

-Major in Mechanics Engineering, fatigue or metal material, master or above degree is preferred.

-Good knowledge on fatigue principle, random vibration

-Good skill of data process.

- Good sense and experience in trouble shooting

-Vibration related test experience is preferred.

-More than 2 years of related working experience on durability testing or FEA

-Good written and spoken English.
