Job Responsibilities & Key Functions / 主要工作职责

1. On site quality control if some potential risk is defined, prepare quality improvement plan together with suppliers;

2. Supplier manufacturing process evaluation and assessment for improvement and development;

3. Help supplier find out the root cause of quality deviation, provide suggestion to supplier for improvement and defects reduction, follow up the effectiveness of corrrective actions;

4.If necessary conduct on site inspection and first article inspection together with supplier, evaluate the result and communicate with E&D department regarding the quality deviation if necessary;

5. Be responsible for first article release, review quality documents before first article delivery;

6. Participate supplier assessment and follow up the corrective actions;

7. Monitor supplier quality performance at HGES incoming inspection, prepare corrective action for supplier Q-KPI improvement.

Main Specifications (skills and experiences required) / 岗位要求

1. university degree, mechanical engineering background;

2. min. 5~8 years working experience of SQE in the field of machining products;

3. good knowledge of machining manufacturing process;

4. good skill and knowledge of supplier quality improvement;

5. good knowledge of process assessment and supplier assessment ;

6. self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;

7. must understand the process flow / control plan and these implementation;

8. Problem solving and analytical skills.

9. Dynamic personality with strong communication skills.

10. Good oral and writing English.
