职位描述
BW Senior Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer the questions from customers in terms of BW reports data accuracy / integrity / consistency.
2. Trouble shooting on the issues of BW data uploading / BW query & report.
3. Provide/implement the solutions to customer in terms of BW query & report design and modification.
4. Initiate the cross-module collaboration to provide the end-to-end solution to customers' requirements.
5. Bring up the junior consultants to be independent BW consultants.
6. Take the initiatives to bring / implement the adding-value proposals to customers even without being requested.
7. Assist PM to create / complement / improve the supporting processes.
8. Assist the colleagues of other modules on impact analysis in the area of BW.
9. Be able to standby to handle the BW tasks during mid-nights / weekends / holidays – once or twice per month averagely.
Qualifications:
1. B.S or above in terms of computer science, mathematics, software engineering or relevant majors.
2. At least 5 dedicated years’ experience on BW supporting or consulting service. Be familiar on BW data extraction / staging/data modeling, process chain maintenance and queries & reports design.
3. Willing to take BW maintenance service as the part of career path.
4. Willing to play the part of roles of PM and team leader.
5. Willing to take the challenge.
6. Like to build the rapport with team and customers.
7. Fluent English skills on both oral and writing.
8. The holder on the certification of SAP BW PA or PMP is big plus. Hands-on skills on either IP or WAD are big plus.
9. Having the experience to support Japanese customers or Japanese speaker is big plus.
