Responsibility

International Project Marketing Dept
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Carry out site inspections
- Handle land and lease administration and transactions matters

Research & Consultancy Dept
- Provide forecast and analysis on local property markets
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and press releases
- Develop and maintain property market databases

Requirements

- Degree holder in real estate, economics, marketing or a related discipline
- Keen interest in the real estate market
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attentive to detail, confident and a strong sense of responsibility
