Job Responsibility:
- Disciplinary and job related guidance of staff members according to Brose Leading Principles
- Analysis and optimization of products according to the received results out of the prototype building and development of proposal in the development circle (EAK)
- Overtake of standards of HQ for prototyping procedures and inspection of prototypes and compliance of staff and external service providers to this standards
- Choose of external service providers in agreement with supervisor, allocation of external works under project planning conditions
- Permanent Development of Technologies-, cost-, and process improvements in the prototyping field and independent realization
- Securing of for Know How transfer from HQ
- Responsible to implement necessary measures and alignments for work-, health-, environmental protection


Job requirement:

-- Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a mechanical field
-- min. 5 years expierience in prototyping in automobile industry, seat knowledge
-- Be familiar with standards (drawings, processes…) ;connection processes (welding, riveting, clinching…); Usage of different machines for metal working (Milling, Lathe…); Tool making know-how; Good mechanical understanding;
-- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
-- Cross-cultural competence
