岗位职能：

1. 各区域项目的技术归集和整理；经验汇总，项目资料归集；
2. 对集团和大区业务技术和工程方面的支持；
3. 类标准化的方案和产品的确立；
4. 确立天华基本的项目技术要求和验收规范；
5. 项目技术方案、图纸的审核；（避免主要设计失误）
6. 新型技术的引进与合作；（新产品，新应用方案，新概念，专利等）

职位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历；
2. 具有5年以上光伏行业从业经验，有电力设计院从业背景优先；
3. 优秀的英文听说读写能力；
4. 具有发变电及输配电相关专业背景知识；
5. 有国内外大型光伏电站项目设计与实施经验，能独立完成项目设计及协调工作；
6. 能独立支持销售及项目开发人员完成项目的可研报告，初步设计等技术工作；
7. 能独立开展新的项目、开发新的技术解决方案；
8. 良好的团队配合及项目管理能力；
