Job Responsibility:
？ Respond to customer inquiries about the lead time, order status, as well as delivery
？ Handle and resolve customer complaints, work cross functionally to identify and escalate priority issues
？ Conduct regular channel survey, end user survey, as well as internal employee survey. Make analysis about the survey data and prepare the survey report accordingly
？ Conduct cold call to identify the potential sales opportunities and work with sales and marketing team to follow it up regularly
？ Provide the support to our dealers and customers which including marketing support, training support, quality support and on-site service coordination support
？ Process the on-line sales order, follow up the payment and delivery, and give the feedback to the customers
？ Customer database development and maintenance
？ Follow up customer calls regularly

Job Requirement
？ Universities or colleges graduated
？ Experience in call center environment
？ Proficient in computer programs especially in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
？ Be fluent in English
？ Good communication skills
？ Have knowledge of customer service and ERP system is a plus
