上海标志性企业XXXX – CTO 岗位要求

XXXXXXXXX is hiring a creative and strategically focused CTO to develop and execute the technology, media, and digital activation of their award winning arena in Shanghai, integrating technologies that link our building and content to our fans and sponsors. The CTO will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic plan for venue technology and information systems platforms by:

· Driving the development and engineering of new and existing venue technology

· Identifying and developing the capability and strategy of using digital marketing and social media tools

· Reshaping the venue’s physical infrastructure and network access to support converged technologies

· Identifying and expanding the venue’s ability to reach new clientele through the development of venue specific applications for mobile devices



The CTO will also provide senior leadership for the venue while leveraging extensive business experience to ensure IT decisions support the venue’s financial objectives. The CTO will lead process improvement initiatives of traditional IT, leveraging the use of appropriate technology resources.

Success in this role requires a proven senior manager who is innovative and views technology as a media and communication tool rather than machines and equipment. We are looking for a performance leader who has the ability to influence others and generate excitement for their ideas throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will also have a strong interest in music, media or marketing, as well as the required technical skills. The ideal candidate will have strong partnering skills and the ability to manage multiple programs at the same time.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Manage the overall arena infrastructure technology strategy against business requirements
? Manage operations for in scope infrastructure services, including IPTV and broadcast technology
? Lead development, delivery & support of mobile applications for enhanced fan experience

? Work with sales and marketing teams to develop strategic programs that extend the arena’s brand message across multiple platforms.

? Oversee and integrate the digital strategy and development for sponsors and partners within the arena
? Define, manage, and report metrics and develop action plans to increase brand awareness
? Manage technology budgets
? Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the venue
? Support event management in identifying new avenues to promote events digitally
? Drive social media based promotion and marketing of venue and events
? Enhance the fan experience through digital signage and interactive marketing

? Leverage CRM solutions to maintain contact with targeted demographics to drive ticket sales

? Proven track record of identifying process improvements by leveraging technology

? Develop and implement loyalty programs to gain a 360 degree view of the consumers






Qualifications:



Minimum Experience:
? Completion of a Master’s Degree in information technology or computer science and ten-to-fifteen years of experience in a senior-level information technology position.

? CET 6 or above
? Knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, back office applications, contracting, negotiating, financial management, service level management, vendor management and change management.
? Knowledge of information technology computer systems and software and the ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations and entire development and project management lifecycle.
? Knowledgeable in relevant emerging technologies such as cloud, SaaS, virtualization, mobility and utility based computing.

? Emphasis on tracking and analyzing social media exchanges and transactional data

? Strong knowledge of application and web development

? Experience with Multicast, Second screen technologies, IP TV and content delivery
? Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach and sensitivity towards consistently improving service for the business.
? Familiar with current market conditions and trends, contracting and vendor management practices
? Well versed in IT industry standards, policies, trade regulations and management practices
? Strong understanding & experience in providing application and infrastructure services in a globally oriented services & product delivery organization.
? Ability to navigate a global and diverse business & technology environment.
? Effective in establishing standards, convergence strategies and sound migration plans.
? Ability to establish effective governance, capacity planning, asset consumption and allocation methodologies.
? Demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction results and effecting measurable service level improvements while driving increased ROI.
? Experience in the transformation and adaptation of emerging technologies.
? Proven track record in driving TCO performance and ensuring price performance is in line with market options.
? Experience establishing priorities within a team construct and working very closely and supporting the General Manager in developing strategy, priorities and investment considerations.
? Superior written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills.
? Demonstrated ability to work effectively at the most senior levels of an organization.
? Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
? Decision making and problem solving based on goal and results orientation.
? Demonstrates market awareness and shares knowledge development of expertise in field.
? Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
