任职资格
1. 本科或大专
2. 至少有1-3年的研发部门工作经验
3. 责任心强, 诚实可靠, 学习能力强, 能够独立工作
4. 良好的英语口语
5. 熟练应用MS Office, Word和Excel等.
6. 精益/持续改进的经验
7. 使用视频设备,基本的视频和照片编辑软件

工作职责
1. 培训中心经理的指导下工作. 执行各种各样的测试, 清洗设备和独立的数据的总结和记录
2. 与不同部门协调沟通, 促使特殊材料或生产定制组件
3. 协助研发和质量部门, 完成一定的实验室测试
4. 做5S测试中心,以保持环境整洁有序的工作
5. 照顾好相关设备的维护和研发, 严格保密测试信息, 未经书面许可, 不得向任何第三方披露
6. 协助销售, 客户服务到客户现场进行现场故障排除, 并得到一些基本的培训（如维修机器等）

Qualifications
1.University or College Degree
2.At least 1-3 years’ working experience in R&D or technical facility.
3.Should be responsible, honest, and a quick learner. Should be able to work independently.
4.Good command of spoken and written English
5.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel etc)
6.Experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement
7.Experience using video capturing equipment and basic video and photo editing software

Responsibilities
1. Work under the guidance of the R & D/Training Center Manager in the Midwest Rubber R&D/Testing Center. Job duties will be to: perform a variety of tests on cleaning equipment and independently prepare data summary and records to communicate the result.
2. Coordinate with different departments to procure special materials or produce custom components.
3. Assist R & D and Quality departments to complete certain laboratory testing.
4. Do 5S job in testing center to maintain clean and orderly environment.
5. Take good care of the maintenance of related equipment and R & D equipment, and contact with equipment and test data must be kept strictly confidential, without written permission shall not be disclosed to any third party.
6. Assist in sales, customer service to the customer site on-site troubleshooting and give some basic training (such as maintenance of the machine, user and assistance, etc.)
