3)能够熟练使用Office（word_excel_ppt）办公软件和相关办公自动化设备

4)形象气质良好，声音甜美，性格开朗，待人诚恳

5)工作认真负责，善于与人沟通，具有较强的应变能力和良好的服务意识

6)有一定的文字功底，语言表达流畅，英文听读写能力要求熟练
