职位描述
岗位职责：
1、 分析公司的培训需求，组织制定公司各类岗位人员的培训计划并具体实施；
2、 根据集团人力资源培训工作的要求，制定和完善现有培训内容；
3、 完善及研发内部培训课程，编制相应的培训教材，并组织实施相关培训；
4、 组织实施新员工入职培训，维护更新集团内联网上“学问网”板块信息；
5、 上级交办的其他工作。
应聘要求：
1、 本科或以上学历，良好的英语书面及听说能力；
2、 3-5年培训相关工作经验；
3、 优秀的语言组织和表达能力，具备良好的沟通能力与分享精神；
4、 良好的职业形象，认真细致，思维灵活，条理清楚，有较强的亲和力；
5、 学习能力强，能主动学习并快速掌握新知识技能；
6、 具备团队合作能力，能在压力下工作。
