岗位职责：

1 负责商场等区域租户关系的维护工作，规划和建议服务方式，并予以落实；
2 负责商场等区域发生投诉和重要租户与大租户及客人各类投诉的跟进、回访、处理；
3 具体负责客服及巡场助理日常工作安排、督导、检查、协调以及技能日常培训工作；
4 负责及时对涉及本职责范围内的各项规章制度和工作规范进行检讨、完善；
5 对商场区域各类投诉进行整理分析,每月交“投诉统计分析”及切合实际整改方案；
6 负责检查商场等区域其他隐患并处理，帮助解决实质性困难，协调各方面关系；
7 处理商场等区域各类意外情况，积极调查事故原因，对租户开展安全教育宣传；
8 负责对发生的投诉个案进行有针对性的回访，对租户的一切接待及回访，需认真做好记录（文字或图片）并存档，以备追溯；
9 配合进行租户装修进出场各项管理工作的推进和落实；
10 协助经理与各相关部门建立良好的工作关系

11 完成上级主管的各项交办任务。

应聘要求

1 大专或以上学历，物业管理或酒店管理专业优先

2 5年以上相关工作经验，良好的英语读写能力

3 熟练掌握办公软件，良好的公文写作技能

4 优秀的沟通协调及组织拓展能力，和抗压能力

5 良好的团队合作精神，良好的团队管理技能
