Job Descriptions 工作职责

Finance Manager shall lead the finance team for the daily account, monthly and annual finance report to ensure all finance and account management are in order and comply with the related regulations and laws.
财务经理应带领财务团队配合完成包括日常账目、月度及年度财务报表在内的财务工作，并确保对财务进行有序管理并符合相关的法律法规。
The responsibilities including but not limited as listed below,
具体工作职责包括但不仅限于下述条款：

1. Manage finance operation related functions including GL, accounts payable, receivable collection, inter-company and tax filing;
管理日常财务工作，包括应付帐款、应收账款的催收、公司往来及税务申报等；

2. Prepare monthly and annual reports for management's review;
编制月度和年度财务报表，为管理层决策提供财务信息；

3. Being Responsible for annual audit, internal audit and business license annual inspection;
完成各项审计任务及营业执照年审；

4. Prepare annual budget and monitor budget execution performance;
编制年度预算，并监控预算执行；

5. Prepare P & L rolling forecast on a monthly basis
预测未来收入和费用情况，同年度预算比较；

6. Prepare cash flow forecast on weekly basis and monitor AR collection;
编制周现金流量预测表；

7. Support capital injection and capital utilization and credit loan related matters;
处理资本金注入及使用各项事务和银行贷款有关事宜；

8. Provide the various analysis on P/L result;
提供必要的分析帮助管理者理解费用收入变化的原因；

9. Advise management on financial planning and tax matters;
为管理层提供财务规划和税收的建议；

10. Other duties as assigned.
公司交办的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance;
财务专业本科以上学历；

2. 5+ years of experience in finance related, 2+ year manager experience;
五年以上财会岗位工作经验，两年以上会计经理工作经验；

3. Perfect professional ethic, good sense of keep confidential of all the finance work and documents;
具备绝对优秀的职业道德，优秀的财务工作及文件保密意识；

4. Provide necessary advices and alert on finance affairs in time;
能够及时就公司财务事宜提供必要的建议和预警；

5. Good command of the Accounting and Taxation laws and regulations in China, and keep up-to-date with the any update of the laws and regulations.
熟练掌握中国财税法规，并对法规保持时时更新；

6. Good business acumen and managerial capability;
良好的业务敏感和管理能力；

7. Proven track record of leading and motivating teams;
有领导和管理团队的经验；

8. Good analytical skills and influencing/negotiation skill;
良好的分析能力和谈判技巧；

9. Hard working and well-organized, self-motivated, possessing attention to detail, able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines;
工作努力且组织性强，能够自我激励，注重细节，能够同时处理多项事务并按时完成工作；
10. Excellent communication and coordination skills, good social capability, can work smoothly cross different departments;
具备优秀的沟通及协调能力和良好的社交能力，能平稳的与不同部门进行工作配合；

11. Good command of English, be able to communicate in English for work at least;
英语能力良好，至少能用英语进行书面工作沟通；

12. Obey the management procedures and policies of the company, comply with the work arrangement of the company;
服从公司管理制度和各项政策和工作安排；

13. Keep positive working attitude and carry out the responsibilities carefully.
保持积极的工作态度，认真负责的完成工作。
