职位描述
Key goals:
1. Efficiently set-up and develop software of Retail Company.
2. Set-up and describe all IT procedures in a company.
3. Control of efficient performance both IT development and IT administration tasks.
Job description:
1. Development and implementation of IT budget and IT business processes.
2. Arrangement for selection and implement of all software of the company according to business needs (finance, HR, logistics, retail operations etc.).
3. Strategic planning, budgeting, management reporting on IT issues.
4. Providing IT service on a daily basis to internal customers.
5. Development of IT procedures and documents: adopting common group procedures to local market features.
6. Responsible for the procument of all IT equipment.
Requirements
1. Experienced MS Office user; knowledge of special software is welcome
2. English is a must
3. Higher education, degree in IT management is preferable (specialty: Programmer).
4. More than 5 years of working experience in large trading companies that specialize in apparel sectors, with proprietary brand. Have been in the position of the Head of IT division in China and more than 2 years of working experience as Project Manager of ERP implementation (MS Dynamics preferable).
