岗位职责
1. Create a design based on the technical product specifications and implement the design in an efficient way.
2. Translate the technical system requirements into the relevant sub-system Architecture and write relevant documentation.
3. Do tests and experiments to check and release a technical feasible design; perform verification activities for medical devices, modules or subsystems.
4. Contribute adequately to Cross Functional Teams (Incl. planning / tracking of own work) and coach/support colleague engineers.

任职条件
1. Bachelors / Master University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related..
2. At least 2 years of general working experience, Software development life cycle (e.g. ISO 62304) and automated testing experience,
3. Object oriented design methodology and various programming languages, including C/C++.
4. Experience of Embedded Software Development for instrument industry is a good plus.Familiar with QT programming is a good plus.
5. Good problem solving skill (root cause analysis, FMEA, etc.) and technical communication ability
6. Broad knowledge in agile SW development, SW quality assurance and coding languages
7. Strong technical documentation writing skills.Must be a good team player
8. Self-motivated, Initiative

As early as in the 1950s Draeger Company was already actively engaged in various fields of medical equipment and industrial safety products in China. Always adhering to the principle of "brave innovation and being quality-centered", the explorers of Draeger have won certain market share in China. In order to make sure that Draeger products accord with the Chinese market and to ensure the qualify of after-sales service by Draeger that is recognized world wide, Draeger Medical invested to establish Shanghai Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) in 1994 and Draeger Medical Equipment (Shanghai) Company Limited (DME) in 2001, respectively, in Shanghai to be responsible for all businesses of Draeger (Germany) Company and Draeger (North America) Company in China, and nearly 400 persons were employed.

Shanghai. Draeger Medical Instrument Company Limited (SDMI) is a joint venture between Draeger Medical International Company Limited, China National Medical Equipment Industry Corporation and Shanghai Medical Equipment Company Limited. At present, the company owns CNC milling machine imported from Germany, special testing equipment and advanced techniques, and designs, manufactures and sells anesthetic machines, gas equipment as well as other parts.
