4. Take lead the DMAIC projects to solve specified quality problems and fulfill them successfully

5. Support SQE team to analyze & improve suppliers’ quality issues if it is necessary

在需要时支持供应商质量管理工程师分析改进质量问题

6. Support the customer audit and internal process audit after SOP

支持批产后的客户和内部过程审核

7. Support production team to analyze the hot quality issues in production line and propose the corrective actions to improve the process

支持生产部门对生产线发生的重大质量问题进行分析，为改善制程提供改善建议

8. Other tasks assigned by Department Manager and Supervisor

Undergraduate course with mechanical or related major

机械或者相关本科毕业

2. 3+ years’ experience in automotive industry, has basic knowledge of TS 16949 or QS9000;

3年以上的汽车行业或者相关行业工作经验, 对TS 16949或QS9000有基本的认识

3. Good communication, able to work independently and under pressure

良好的沟通能力,能够在压力下独立完成工作

4. Has the knowledge in SMT & plastic & rubber process

熟悉了解表面贴装工艺以及塑料件、橡胶件制造流程

5. Good knowledge in quality method and systematic analysis capability (DMAIC projects experience or 6 sigma green belt is preferred)

6. With the experience of FAE (Failure analysis engineer) is preferred
