Performance Objective:
1.Provide exceptional customer service for our internal customers to achieve high level IT service satisfaction
2.Monitor all computer systems and to make sure critical company functions/programs complete successfully or communicate these issues to those responsible
3.Relevant report or data provided on time and accurate


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems
2.The most appropriate level of experience for this position is over 5 years, Network+ Certification or equivalent. Windows 7 Certification
3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4.Proven knowledge and understanding of problem solving
5.Ability to understand computer systems and the function they perform
6.Effective customer service skills, friendly and courteous
7.Proficient in using MS Office applications and other software packages
8.Fluent in English and Chinese both for written and verbal, Thailand is a plus
9.Strong communication skills with internal and external people
10.Ability to work with international colleagues and peers by accommodating other time zones
11.A team player who treats colleagues, superiors, and subordinates with respect but is not afraid of expressing personal point of view in a professional way
12.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
13.Self-motivated and team player
