职位描述
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Manage license to operate (in relationship with Technical)
- Populate and maintain accreditation
- Manage key Accreditation Bodies
- Coordinate audit program
Coordinate internal and external audit programs
- Develop audits programs and train auditors
- Execute and follow-up
Maintain and improve Quality performance
- Deploy Quality policy, train and support management (e.g. monitoring…)
- Complete analysis of non performance and propose corrective actions with management and ensure follow up.
- Track and report Quality performance
Design and maintain the Quality management system
- Map and update business processes, and procedures.
- Define and follow-up KPI’s associated to business processes.
- Ensure business processes are accessed, understood and complied with
- Identify and disseminate good practices
Customers satisfaction management
- Introduction of analysis and follow-up tools (APM, Aramis, …)
- Increase awareness of costs and risks of poor performance and non-compliance
- Manage relationship with Key customers in liaison with other departments including recovery plan, as appropriate
- Develop satisfaction survey processes
Network leading (if in charge of several entities)
- Lead the Quality network
- Participate to recruitment, training and assessment of Quality resources
- Coordinate country tasks (Management System, Audit & report)
- Evaluate partners/contractors on their Quality Management System
Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)
- University qualification with over 10+ years works experience.
- Work experience must include 5 + years experience in inspections or auditing business at a technical and operational level.
- Experience in internal auditing of systems and processes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player able to work effectively across different cultures, departments, functions and environments.
- Experience with QA systems implementation & maintenance relating to ISO9000 or 17020.
- Experience in the development of training material and programs.
- Able to conduct in-house training on quality, operational and technical issues and able to sell ideas and convince.
- Methodical and logical thought process.
- Self motivated with energy and drive to deliver effective outcomes
- Fluent English
