Requirements:
-PhD or equivalent in a STEM area( Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) with preference to Physicist or Chemists
-Experimental research experience in science or engineering
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, developing and directing teaching and/or dedicated research laboratories
-Laboratory teaching experience at the undergraduate level preferred

-Activities common to all development stages, full responsibilities to safety, finances, equipment, customs and logistics, startup, facilities, operation and personnel
-Full responsibilities of three development stages:
1.temporary labs
2.construction and outfitting of permanent laboratory facilities
3.steady state operation
