我们客户是一家新投资的汽车零部件公司，目前需要招聘运营总监，这个职位三年后会提为China VP,

In charge of operations for a new site of 100 employees for a turnover of about MRMB 150. The product range includes hazardous materials and the processes range from blending, mixing to forming, drying and packing.

Key responsibilities

Safety: with the support of the site HSE supervisor and the China HSE manager, will ensure compliance with group standard, implementation of best practices and development of a safety culture among all employees.

Quality: with the support of the quality department personnel, will ensure compliance with group standards. Will also ensure customer satisfaction by solving all customer complaints in a timely manner, using a systematic approach to prevent reoccurrence.

Delivery: working as a partner with the production control and logistics department, will ensure on time delivery of products while maintaining approved levels of inventory.

Cost: will implement a production system based on continuous improvement to allow tight control on costs.

People: will hire, train and develop a team of professionals who will operate the plant according to the highest standard.

Profile

BEng or BSc or MEng or MSc, ideally in material science, chemistry, or industrial engineering.

Experienced operations manager or production manager, ideally in the automotive industry (preferably tier 1)

HSE leadership and strong safety culture

Lean practitioner with demonstrated successes

Excellent problem solver (experienced with 8D methodology)

Some experience with greenfield project preferred

Experience in matrix organization, demonstrated ability to work in a team under high pressure.

Very good command of English
