1） 了解客户需求

2） 设计系统和产品

Designing systems and
products

3） 协同采购部门及供应商采购可替换零部件

Liaising with Purchasing
Dept. and/or Suppliers for sourcing alternative parts and components

4） 产品投产后，协同生产部门完成相关工作。

Liaising with Production Dept. after product release

5） 协同质量部门完成产品的测试和报告，并协助分析测试数据。

Liaising with Quality
Dept. for product testing and recording, analysing and interpreting testing
data

6） 排除电气相关故障，分析根本原因并提出解决方案。

Conduct electrical
related problem troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solution
implementation

7） 准备产品资料及指导手册，整理报告并负责演示及陈述。

Preparing product
documentation, working instructions, writing reports, and giving presentations

8） 为生产、销售和售服人员提供监管、技术指导及相关培训。

Providing supervision,
technical instructions and training to production, sales and after sales
service technicians

9） 设计原理图，并使用3D软件绘制模型。

Making schematics
drawings and models for parts or components using 3-dimensional design
softwares

10）根据公司需要研究和开发新产品。

Researching and developing new product as required by company.

任职要求/Job Requirement：

1）本科或以上学历，自动化或工业控制相关专业

Bachelor degree or
above, major in automotive or industrial control related.

2）
3年以上相关工作经验，工程机械、叉车、农机或汽车制造业尤佳。

Minimum 3 years work
experience preferably gained in construction equipment, forklift, agriculture equipment or automotive manufacturing industry.

3） 良好的英语口语及书写能力

Good English oral and
written communication skills.

4）
软件应用：Solidworks
3D, Microsoft office, ERP (BAAN)

Softwares: Solidworks 3D, Microsoft Office, ERP (Baan)
system experience

5）良好的技术能力，项目管理能力及多重任务协调能力

Have good technical
skills, project management skill and multi-tasking ability

6）有汽车电器、发动机和传动控制系统经验

Experience of automotive
electricals, engine and transmission controls

7） 了解PLC(IFM 控制器)的设计及测试操作尤佳

Knowledge of PLC (IFM
controller) design and conducting tests is an advantage

8） 积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的计划和组织能力

Self-motivated,
committed, have planning and organizational skills
